Humbled, Honored, and in Awe as an Intuitive
As an intuitive, I am always humbled, honored, and awed by the experiences I am allowed to witness. Each session, reading, or event isn’t truly mine—it belongs to the person I am working with. I simply hold space and share the guidance I’m given.
Whenever I do share an experience, it is only with permission—and only from my perspective. What you read here is my window into the sacred connection between spirit and the individuals I serve. My hope is that, through these stories, you can catch a glimpse of the deep healing and inspiration that comes through these moments.
A Guest Experience at a Faerie Tea
One recent Faerie Tea offered a profound reminder of courage, transformation, and the mystical ways spirit shows up to support us.
The Message of the Harpy Eagle
During my preparation for the tea, I was shown a vision of a large bird. When I asked my faerie guide what kind of bird it was, she replied: a harpy eagle.
I knew of mythical harpies but not the actual bird. I learned that the harpy eagle is one of the most powerful eagles in the world, native to the Amazon rainforest. Known for immense strength, massive talons, and sharp vision, these magnificent raptors are also symbols of loyalty and commitment, as they mate for life. Their presence in nature is considered a sign of a healthy ecosystem.
Named after mythological harpies, they carry an air of both mystery and power. Unlike the myths, however, the harpy eagle itself is a noble creature, embodying courage, strength, and higher vision.
I wasn’t sure why this vision appeared as I prepared for the tea—but I carried its message with me.
A Shift Outdoors and a Message of Courage
Originally, the tea was to be held indoors. At the last moment, the hostess asked if we could move it outside. We gathered under the open sky, not knowing how beautifully that choice would weave into the day’s messages.
Part of each Faerie Tea includes an activity. For this one, we shared qualities we wished to gift the person seated to our left. The woman next to me had been through many recent changes and challenges. The word offered to her was courage.
The message that came through was clear:
Hold courage. Be proud of the choices you have made—both the difficult and the easy ones—for they were made in truth. You are courageously living in your truth.
Just as these words were spoken, an eagle appeared overhead, circling the sky above us. Everyone in the group paused, breath taken by the timing. Eagle medicine is powerful—it symbolizes awakening, freedom, and living life from a higher perspective.
The Guest’s Transformation
The woman receiving the message shared her story: she had recently left a career she once believed would be lifelong. Although she loved her work, her supervisor made each day unbearable. Staying was harming her health and family life, so she made the difficult choice to leave.
In a twist of synchronicity, while reading about mythological harpies, she had a dream of spreading her wings and digging her claws into something new. Soon after, a new job opportunity opened, allowing her to step away and begin fresh.
Still, she carried doubts—was she making the right choice? Would she find the fulfillment she had in her old career?
Hearing the word courage reflected back to her, accompanied by the soaring eagle overhead, gave her deep reassurance. She felt renewed strength and confidence in her path forward.
As one guest beautifully put it:
“I think we all now have more courage to be proud of our choices and personal strength.”
This Faerie Tea was a vivid reminder of why I am forever humbled, honored, and awed by this work. Spirit communicates through symbols, synchronicities, and sacred timing. The harpy eagle’s message of strength and higher vision, paired with the courage gifted to this guest, created a ripple of empowerment for everyone present.
It is in these moments that I am reminded: when we gather with openness and intention, spirit always shows up—and the messages received are exactly what is needed.
